New Ticket Checker

Configure tailor-made checklists for each step of the ticket lifecycle, link check results to custom status parameters, and export in-depth checking reports. A Redesigned Ticket Manager
 
We’ve rebuilt Ticket Manager from the ground up, with an emphasis on performance, feature accessibility, and improved data visibility.
 
A few key highlights:
  • Greatly improved performance. The view updates with the model, no more slow refreshes or frustrating load times.
  • Batch assign ticket deadline dates to piece marks, with warnings generated for marks that are overdue or approaching deadline.
  • Commonly used Ticketing Tools are now accessible directly within the Ticket Manager window.
  • New default statuses related to ticket checking.
  • Toggle visibility of default columns.
  • Expanded export settings, including JSON support and column configuration.
 
Plus, we’ve enhanced several existing tools:
 
  • Updates to Rebar Updater:
    • Straight bars can be marked following bent bar naming conventions
    • Add straight bars to client standards dictionary
    • Ability to exclude bar size from bent bar marking
    • Improved handling for identity description automation
  • Batch Ticket Title Block Populator now allows users to pre-select assemblies before running the tool
  • Insulation Drawing Tools and Insulation Drawing Settings now include control over rotation of generated insulation drawings
  • Ability to exclude specific voids types from Void Hosting Updater
  • Bug fixes for Auto Panelization, Link Append String, Clone Ticket, and Count Multiplier

Introducing Auto Panelization 
–    Convert Revit wall span into EDGE precast panels
–    Replaces manual wall panel modeling with a controlled rules based workflow. 
–    Customize panel parameters via rules-based input
–    Automatically cut voids and host finishes 
–    Customize vertical panel split behavior at levels
 
Plus, we’ve also enhanced our ticketing tools for efficiency:
–    Append string linking for Clone Ticket
–    Support for cloning center line dimensions
–    Better formatting for callouts in Clone Ticket
–    Equality formula and upsets – dynamic formatting
–    Toggle upsetting on and off 
 
Other changes include: 
–    CAD Export enhancements including improved strand and support for rebar & finishes
–    Expanded insulation drawing customization
–    Add-on hosting writes architectural and structural material volumes
–    Official support for Revit 2026
